PREMATURE EJACULATION – SEXUAL INTERCOURSE

Some therapists recommend that for the next twelve months the woman should use the squeeze technique every third time the couple have sexual intercourse; but at other times they have the freedom to experiment and adopt whichever sexual position most pleases them. A useful time for reinforcing the new sexual learning is during the time the woman is menstruating. At this time, each month, the couple should have one period of 15 to 20 minutes of sex-play when the woman uses the stimulation-squeeze-restimulation technique.

It may seem that throughout the course of remedial sexual exercises the erotic needs of the woman have been ignored. To some extent they have, as the purpose of the exercises is to enable the man to learn ‘to last longer’.

But there is no reason why the man should not help his partner reach orgasm before or after he has ejaculated, by stimulating her clitoris with his fingers or tongue, or by whatever method most pleasures her. This is a matter of communication between the partners.
